Fantastic reflexology as usual , can’t rate Helen highly enough

I've been lucky enough to have both reflexology and an Indian head massage (which also includes your shoulders, neck, face and upper arms) with Helen.

I expected to come away feeling relaxed, but I didn't realise treatments like this could actually feel a bit like medicine. I can completely see why people book in every month, or even every couple of weeks.

Helen has such a calm, lovely energy, and you feel at ease as soon as you walk in. Her treatment room is at her house and it's a really peaceful space. It was lovely and cool in the summer too, which was a bonus.

It's also in a great location. If you're doing the school run at Southcott Lower or Greenleas Derwent Road, or you're near Tesco, it's really easy to get to. She's just off Soulbury Road and there's always been plenty of parking when I've visited.

If life's feeling a bit hectic or you're feeling frazzled, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try. I always leave feeling so relaxed, slightly dozy, and much better than when I arrived.
