A wonderfully relaxing and beneficial treatment. Reflexology is a holistic complementary health therapy based on the principle that every part of the body has corresponding reflex points in the feet. By applying a specific type of pressure with fingers and thumbs to the reflex points, reflexology can stimulate the body’s natural healing processes. A fully qualified and insured reflexologist will treat the whole person aiming to induce a state of balance and relaxation. Reflexology can ease symptoms associated with many aspects of health and wellbeing. Treatments can reduce stress and anxiety, lift mood, improve sleep, aid pain relief including that associated with bad backs and headaches, help with digestive issues, and improve circulation, and detoxification. Clients also find reflexology helpful with symptoms of menopause, and issues surrounding fertility.

Introducing your baby to solid foods can be a very exciting time but you may also feel unsure and have lots of questions. This workshop will help you to understand why we introduce solids and decide when the time is right for you and your baby. We will cover the signs of readiness and different approaches, current guidelines, and baby-led weaning, spoon feeding, purees and a combination of these. We will also look at drinks, milk, snacks and meal ideas.
